Born in Memphis and raised on a foundation of soul, funk, and blues, Justin’s journey into electronic music has been marked by a relentless dedication to the pulse of techno and its many expressions. A true early pioneer of the Memphis dance scene, he built a reputation for uncompromising sets and forward-thinking curation—earning respect both on the dancefloor and behind the scenes.

Justin’s DJ sets are precision-crafted experiences—deep, hypnotic, and genre-fluid, yet always techno at their core. His sound ranges from minimal and dub-influenced rhythms to dark, mechanical grooves, seamlessly blending subgenres while keeping dancefloors locked in. Decades of immersion in underground culture, from the heyday of ’90s raves to present-day digital platforms, have shaped his ability to read, move, and hold a crowd with surgical skill.

While based in Chicago, Justin secured residencies at the iconic Red No. 5 and Big Wig, performing alongside techno and electronic luminaries like Carl Cox, Crystal Method, Rabbit in the Moon, Marco Carola, Cari Lekebusch, DJ Hell, Frankie Bones, DJ Dan, Alexi Delano, and more. A champion of electronic music off the stage as well, Justin founded and managed LFORADIO, a 24/7 internet radio station that ran for seven years. When the pandemic lockdown hit in 2020, Justin co-created EXILE TV with longtime collaborator Mike McConnell—a homegrown streaming platform built to keep techno alive while the world stood still. The platform became a digital hub for techno-centric DJs and live acts, and even as lockdowns lifted, Justin’s love for streaming never faded. Today, he continues that vision through his Twitch channel, where his weekly broadcast, Techno Delivery Service, showcases tightly curated sets of cutting-edge techno, minimal, and deep driving rhythms to a loyal global audience.
