I am going to be a what?
Looks like I am. Sometime Halloween night Shelley, being my trusted door person, started feeling a little nauseous and had to leave. MJ’s wife, Melissa, offered to take Shelley home. Shelley mentioned that she was curious to know what it felt like to have morning sickness and how would you know. This eventually turned in to a trip to Walgreens. Shortly later, basically the party had just ended and we were kind of bs’ing and drinking around the tables when Melissa comes up to me and gives me the news. Me being the idiot I am, think she is kidding. I must say here that if you know me, everyone kids me about getting pregnant and having babies. Im not your instant googoo-gaagaa kind of guy. Melissa dials up my girl and hands me the phone. I really was amazed but I was pretty intoxicated and didn’t remember the next morning until I got a call from MJ who was eating right across the street at Cafe Ole with his friend Chris. I remembered but even then was in denial and thought it was a joke. I spent most of the day cleaning up at dish until I was finally able to get in touch with Shelley at work around 4 I think. She confirmed. Well, alot of time has past since Halloween. Turkey day is almost here and yesterday we finally got to see the doctor and get a medical confirmation and even an Ultrasound. I couldn’t believe it. I could even hear the little heartbeat, crazy. Well, I got the go ahead to let all my friends know, I’m going to be a daddy. WOW!

damn it.
The pictures to the wedding are up. Get with me if you’d like to view them.

...coming soon...
It is done. The Mac purchase has been made. I settled on getting a mac that was roughly about a grand cheaper than buying a
brand new one at base price. I get the things I want and pretty much can’t think of any reason, other than the plain desire, to need more. I purchased a Mac Pro Quad Core 2.66ghz with 4GB of ram and a 250gb HDD. There you have it. Combined with my purchase of the
MOTU Ultralite mk3, I should be composing tracks that rawk in no time. I must confess the over whelming urge to make music recently, especially since I returned from the honeymoon. Shelley has been an great contribution to my passion in music over the years but ever since our wedding, something has been stirring inside me to create music. I must admit that there have been a good number of opportunities for remixes that I’ve missed since my Mac crashed back in July. I can’t wait to get hopping on some ideas I’ve had because of those missed contests. I also have tons of photos that need to be updated online as well as a few dvd’s that need to be made for videos and photos of trips I’ve taken over the last year or two that I didn’t get to do with my older system. I friggin’ stoked, can you tell? Now I have to contain myself long enough for the Mac to get here. I hope they don’t send me a tracking number. I’ll be on the parcel services’ website clicking refresh, over and over and over…….. 4 months is way to long for a guy like me to be with out his Mac, trying everything in my bag of tricks to get my G4 iBook to run Logic 7 to running a busted hacked copy of Logic 5.3 for PC. Finally I can get back to work doing what it is that I love and I made a promise to myself to miss no opportunity and waste no time!
